L4 DERADI Course - New Entrants
This course is specifically designed for personnel who wish to become an Emergency Response Driver Trainer and holds no previous tutor qualifications and experience. The course is delivered in three stages and takes on average approximately 8-months to complete in full. An outline of each stage is highlighted below:
Personnel must be successful at each stage prior to further progression being permitted and will be required to attend and complete all stages for qualification award (NPA assessment and decision). Depending on the qualifications held, further courses may be required for completion (i.e. level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement and/or Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training). Until all qualifications are held and can be evidence in full (i.e. formally issued), personnel with remain in the consolidation stage, under support and observation of the dedicated IQA appointed. Should any further development or additional training be required at any stage for progression success, then additional costs will be applicable.
